TWW, anyone with me?

My wife and I are 6dpiui and this TWW is killing me this time. This is our first attempt since we had our amazing daughter last May! Trying everything I can to wait until 12dpiui to take HPT, since that is the day we got our BFP last time.

Anyone else in their TWW right now? Are you going crazy too?mwhat do you do to keep your mind off it???

    Me! Almost at the end and I'm losing my resolve, I want to test so badly but I don't want to get a negative! This was my first iui.

    Glad to know I am not alone! How many days past iui are you? Do you have a beta test scheduled or are you doing a home test?

    Hi there! 2ww ends tomorrow for us! Can't wait! 3 IUIs unsuccessful. This is our first IVF round. Hope we get a BFP! Good luck to all:)))

    We did 2 iuis back to back so the 2ww ends either tomorrow or Sunday depending which one you count it from! I'm going to do a home test just because I can't stand it, going to try tomorrow, but my doctor's suggestion was to just wait and "either you will get your period or you won't" haha. This was our first time, so obviously my expectations are way too high and we need to be realistic. We have enough in storage for another 2 inseminations (based on the preference to do 2 back to back).

    JB, fingers crossed for your BFP today!!!

    PRBS, most people begin the TWW from the first iui, even if you have two. I can't imagine not testing and just waiting for your period! You have done better than I would! The first time around, my doctor told us to be cautiously optimistic...and it worked! So hopefully #1 will be lucky for you too!

    Pols, Its taken all my self control to hold off, I have read so many things online about how there's no point in testing early so I figure I'm testing tomorrow morning, then my wife will be home for the test. I have read about people testing early and getting a negative then missing their period and getting a positive, but I'm not sure if I'm just overwhelming myself with information! I really have felt like there's something going on in there and have been super tired and really hot since the insemination, but I don't know if its all psychological now!
    How many attempts did you take before your daughter?

    PRBS, I had hot flashes just after conceiving our daughter, thought it was so strange and then found out it was an early pregnancy symptom. Around 10 days past our first iui, I just knew I was preggo based on the weird stuff my body was doing! Finally convinced my wife to let me test on the evening of 12 dpiui...and the test said "pregnant!" It only took us one try last time! Hoping to be as lucky this time, but I know the chances are slim of that happening again.

    Thanks Pols, Tested yesterday and today and there was a faint positive line.... Ahhhhh this is torture! I guess I just keep testing and waiting!

    Hi! I am beyond excited to report that we got a BFP!!!! I'm over the moon. It's been a long journey, but now just trying to enjoy every moment. I am spreading the baby dust love for all of my fellow journeyers!

    Also, her beta was 269. We had a 3dt and our first beta was 11 post transfer! The doc said that's a great number:)

    What a great month!!! I am so excited for both of you!

    PRBS, a line makes it positive...doesn't matter how dark or faint it is! That is awesome! We use the digital ones, even thought they are more expensive, it takes the guess work out of it! Are you going to call your doctor to schedule a blood test?

    JB, you both must be so excited! Congrats! I am so very happy for you! Numbers look great! Enjoy every second of it...you all deserve it!

    Still waiting to test and over-analyzing everything I feel or don't feel! Hoping to have the same outcome as both of you very soon!

    Congratulations JB! Thats fantastic news! Yes, Pols, I might well get some digitals ones myself just to be sure, although I did another test this morning and the line is definitely much stronger, so I'm probably just wasting time and should get bloods instead! Good luck for your upcoming test - how amazing if we were all positive!
    Which donors did you guys use? I used 13900.

    OK, so I took your advice Pols, and got myself a digital test - definitely positive, Yay! We are delighted :-) First time lucky!

    So, today was finally our testing day! And I still can't believe it...took a Clearblue digital and the result was "PREGNANT!" Blood test on Friday.

    Amazing, we went 3 for 3 on the TWW thread! Thank you so much for helping me get through the it.

    I will be back to post updates and hope to hear from each of you too!

    Wishing all of us extra sticky babies!

    Congratulations, Pols!! I can't believe how lucky this thread has been :-) We must be a lucky charm, so FX for you jagger! Lets keep the thread posted as we progress with our pregnancies as our babies will be almost exactly the same age!!

    Just left the doctors office after our first iui!! Our swimmers looked awesome, 72 million and 80% motility, so we're pretty optimistic! It's going to be the longest 2 weeks of our lives. Good luck to you all!

    First iui can be lucky for many! How are you doing with the waiting part? Try to relax and keep busy...it is the best way to pass the time!

    Doing my third iui this coming week and I already feel like I am going to test early. This whole cycle feels like one big tww this time. I hope I'm part of this lucky group!

    Thanks pols12 :). I think the waiting is killing my wife more than me. We are showing good signs, really tired, neusea, tenderness, so just trying to keep to a normal routine and not think about it too much. Good luck to all!

    Thanks Rebecca, hope all is going well with you. I'm hoping to do another iui as soon as possible. At least we know we can conceive without medication, fx for next time.

    Hi all!

    We got another surprise today at our 6 week ultrasound....TWINS!!! We can't believe it. I mean, we knew it was a possibility, but still in shock. So happy! Two bundles that are expected January 1st! We saw both heartbeats and doc says they are both strong! Both babies measured in at good sizes:) Woo hoo!

    Well no luck this go around AF just showed up :(. Starting again next week with meds. Hope it's been better luck for the rest of you.
