Recent IUI's With 13563

Hey Ladies,

I know alot of us recently had IUI with 13563 and I wanted to start a thread so we could keep track of how each of us is doing if you guys were interested. I guess I will start

Day of IUI-
nurse said great sample
Count- 34mil
motility- 56%
Rapid and Linear- 22%
Symptoms- Incredibly crampy and tired

1 Dpiui-
Crampy
exhausted
High BBT

2 Dpiui-
Crampy
Exhausted
High BBT
More CM than usual

3 Dpiui-
Cramping subsided unless I cough of sneeze or move wrong
Breast tenderness started very mild and only in one breast (the side i ovulated from )
more cm the usual
Woke up with full blow cold, with tons of phlegm and sinus pressure ( I have read this is a good sign)
high BBT 98.7

4 Dpiui- (today)
Sharp stabbing like pains in side i ovulated from every once in a while
still have the cold but feel more normal than yesterday
Dip in bbt to 98.3
breast tenderness mild and still remains only in one breast
Gurgling stomach constant

    Omg, I'm so glad you are around. I'm not using this donor, but I was always looking for someone to share symptoms post iui. I had my first iui and bfn, going to start my second, but doc found a cyst in my ovary so now I'm on birth control. I will keep you posted as soon as I start iui

    Freckle, how many follies did you have, is it your first iui. Also did u use meds?

    Sweety I am glad someone liked my post!
    I had one 21mm Follicle on my left side, I was on clomid 150mg, Trigger shot, and now progesterone suppositories. and it was my first IUI, i had one round of clomid 100mg prior to the 150mg, but i only produced 1 9.5mm follicle and a 7.5 on my right.
    did you have any of the symptoms with your first iui?
    Im sorry you developed a cyst, I know how frustrating that is to feel like your taking a step in the wrong direction and have to go on birth control.

    Freckley I'm 2dpiui with this donor. I don't have any symptoms as of now but will keep you posted :)

    I don't know. My RE asked if I wanted the info and I said no. It's in my chart so I will check on my next visit for you! She said the specimen looked excellent and she was pleased. I was ok with that :). I was more excited to see the specimen under the microscope!

    yea my nurse was pretty pleased with the specimen also. I have a pretty good feeling about this donor, I bought 3 vials, and he sold out really quickly so I hope this works! :) I feel really positive, I stayed home from work today cause I have an awful cold, but from what I read this could be a good sign. Its pretty cool that we had IUI's so close together with the same donor! :) Look forward to keeping in contact with you!

    sunshine- YAY another IUI with 13563!!!
    this is so exciting!
    just relax it is a breeze, you might be crampy afterwards but its a piece of cake! you will do great!
    How many follies did you have?
    Make sure you get the counts and let us know so we can compare samples.
    It is pretty crazy that we are all having IUI's, we could all have babies from the same donor!! yay!!

    Things went great today. Concentration was about 30 mil, total motility 55%, progression rating 4 ( guess this is the best it can possibly be), and after prepared by the ARTs total motile sperm was 6.5 million. So my question is should it have been over 10 or is this typical? The website gives two different numbers. I had two follicles that were 19 and 20 when I triggered on Thursday night. I begin progesterone/estradiol suppositories on Monday. I'm very excited but nervous for this long 2ww. Just laying around in bed now. What have you all done post iui? And good luck freckly... Hope we both get bfp!

    @ Sunshinegal.. you need to contact CCB they guarantee 10 million or better, You should get a refund from that vail for sure. Mine was only 10.4 but at 7 DPO which is a guess because I am counting from the day of trigger I got a positive test result.. I dont think I actually ovulated until close to 36 hours after the trigger shot

    I was on 150 MG of Clomid
    2 Larger Follicles on Day 13 of my cycle
    1(24mm) 2(18mm)
    Trigger Shot
    Progesterone

    I also took a bunch of other things the help with fertility

    @sampson - I emailed them because that is what I thought. I have the paperwork from the doctor so I can submit it. I know the sample of motile sperm was lower but I'm hoping that since the quality was good that things will go well. I think since it is so significantly lower than 10 mil that I can get a refund. I keep in mind that it only takes one! Thanks

    Freckley - still no major symptoms today. Did feel a little cramping earlier, but thing that is the progesterone I started yesterday.

    sampson- did you test out the trigger shot? What dpo are you now? I am 7days past trigger and still getting positives from the trigger shot.

    Sunshine- I am glad things went well, was your doctor worried about the quality of the sample? My Doctor thought my motility and progession was fantastic being that it was a frozen sample. Also you will get a refund if it does not result in a pregnancy!


    Michelle- I am also taking progesterone suppositories, I am having lots of creamy cm not the pill cause my pill is pink and my cm is white. I am frustrated that I cant tell the difference lol.

    Freckley - too funny! Also as a FYI, I took a HPT today and the tigger shot was out of my system...I got a negative. Maybe that is good news for you?!?! Don't know how quick it goes out or if it varies...can only say based on my test.

    did you take the ovidrel prefilled syringe from freedom michelle?

    Sunshine my motile sperm was 10mil with 34 mil concentration.

    Michelle- Did you take the ovidrel pre filled syringe? the one from freedom pharmacy. I have to say i feel a little excited right now, causae it is a line, you dont have to squint it is an actual line. Trying not to get my hopes up to high, i know I still more cycles if need be :)

    freckley13.. I tested the trigger out at 3 days past trigger.
    I started testing on 6DPO and got a negative, tested 7DPO and got a super faint line, Tested 8DPO and the line was still faint, today.. 9DPO I have a much darker line. I also tested with the dollar tree test that is not all that sensitive so I was surprised to get a positive this early. I also decided to test with 2 other brands. One from an online ebay purchase and the .88 cent one from Walmart.. they were both negative yesterday and today they were both positive....
    Im not sure if its just a fluke that Im getting results so early or the possibility that many both follicles took.

    freckley13 I think they said you can have it in your system up to 10 days.. Im not sure what trigger shot I got. The nurse gave it to me. 10.000 was the number on the box she opened

    Sampson- Wow thats pretty incredible it was out by 3dpo, 10,000iu usually takes 10-12 days to get out of your system because it has a 24 hour half like so you lose about 1,000iu a day, thats why they tell you not to test before 12 dpo. So you must have a fast metabolism. I had the ovidrel which is 6700iu and I believe 7 days past trigger it is still in my system.

    @freckley13 I have done a few IUI's and the trigger always seems to be out within a few days, nothing was detected at day 3 past IUI and day 6 it was still showing negative... but day 7 it was so faint and now its just getting darker every morning I test.

    @Freckley - I am doing ok today. I had cramping yesterday. I don't really know how I feel emotionally. It almost all seems surreal at this point. I have wanted a child for a very long time and felt so blessed to come to the decision that I'd do it regardless. It's almost as though I know that I have all these feelings about it but can't pull them apart right now.

    I heard that the trigger should be out about 6 days post. I took an ovidril shot from freedom pharmacy too.

    It look like this donor's motile sperm count is dropping. I contacted the cryobank about it. If I get a bfp, when I get my bfp, this will be a moot point for me but I think it's important that they are aware that it's dropping.
