vial purchase 30 day refund question

I was wondering. I am aware that I have 30 days from purchase of my vial to exchange it for another vial or get a full refund. How long does it take to get full refund. just curious.

  We will process the request as quickly as possible, but we generally tell clients to expect 7-10 business days.
