When donors give updates at 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years after retirement, do customers get an update?

Here in the Open Donor FAQs: https://cryobank.com/how-it-works/choosing-your-donor/open-donor-program/open-donor-faqs/

It states "All CCB Donors are contacted for updates 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years after retirement." Does this apply to Anonymous and ID Disclosure Donors?

Are customers, who reported pregnancy with a donor, contacted at 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years to provide the updated information?
