I'm 37 and have decided that this is the route I am going to take. I am excited, but ready to enter into this new stage of my life. Luckily, I have a great support system, and won't really be doing this "alone". Still, I'm nervous. This isn't the way I pictured having a child, but I'm so grateful that this is available.
The plan: I plan losing some weight, and seeing my doc in August for the preconception appointment. I hope things go well. From then, I want to move full steam ahead!
Checklist
1. I'm already looking at the donors available.
2. I've started taking prenatal vitamins
3. Aug preconception app
4. Getting my body as prepared as possible with diet and exercise.
5. Trying NOT to freak out!
*What am I missing, ladies?*
I am so grateful that this is here, and I will be looking forward to getting advice and support from you all! Thank you in advance for the best wishes!
