switching vials?

I had been waiting on donor # 12647 to release. I called many times and was told the release date was the 21st. Im doing an ivf cycle and my retrieval is around the 27th so i got nervous it was cutting it to close and just ordered a different donor. ( like a day ago ) and now 12647 has released early. Is there a fee to switch? or do you not do that at all? This is my 11th time in a row ordering and ive never ran into this problem. So im not sure on how that would work

    it is my impression that you have 30 days from the time you purchase your vial(s) to return or switch donors without a fee

    Hi Tracy -

    Yes, if you purchased the vial(s) on a 30-day hold, you can change your order without a fee as long as the vial(s) have not been placed into storage or shipped out.
