Pick up from New York Branch

Hello,

Could you please help me with a little more information about a pick up? I got a few vials ordered and shipped to New York for me. I'm planning to pick them up by myself in a couple of weeks and wondering:

1. What number should I call to make an appointment for pick up? And at what time? If it's a New York branch I'm assuming it would make sence to call them directly. But there is a Californian number on the web-site, which is a little confusing, since NY and CA have pretty significant time difference.

2. How many days (hours?) in advance should I place my order for pick up? Am I understanding correctly that NYC branch is only open Mon-Fri?

3. How many days will vials last inside of the tank?

I'll be very appreciate for any help!

    Excellent questions!

    1) You would call our Client Services phone number: 866-926-9622 Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm PST or Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm PST.

    Our Client Services team is in California and they place the pickup order for you.

    2) Yes, the NY office is only open Monday to Friday. I would recommend placing your order at least 2 business days before you would like to pick it up, especially if you want to do a morning pickup. For example, if you would like to pick up vials at 10am on Monday, be sure to call us before we close on Thursday. (You can schedule a pickup as early as 30 days ahead of time.)

    3) Our tanks are validated for 5 days.

  • This information is very helpful! One more question. I understand that the tank is validated for 5 days. If ovulation is late, am I able to come back into the the NY branch to swap out the tank?

  • @Kitties123 It may be possible depending on the availability of staff and tanks. When you pick up your tank just ask at the desk. (There may be an additional fee.)
