Keepsake Package

We requested a keepsake package in January after a reported pregnancy, never got one, then again last month, never got one. Just heard it's because there was a shortage of flash drives and it's not clear when ours will go out. Unfortunately we are moving to a more rural area in a few weeks where I'd prefer not to get medical mail.
Called customer service and got a frustrating lack of information about when the package will be shipped and whether or not it can be expedited (which at this point is a cost that California Cryo should bear, not us).
I'd prefer to not have this package floating around US mail service undelivered. Anyone else facing this issue?

    I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, the last few weeks Keepsake Packets for Level 3 subscribers were delayed because we were waiting for our shipment of flash drives for the Donor Conversations.
