How soon??

How soon can someone take a pregnancy test after an insemination that did include the HCG shot?? My doctor said a full two weeks, but didnt know if anyone else had different thoughts. Thanks

  On average the HCG shot should be out of your system around day 10, but I would say day 12 to be safe.
