ICI vials for IUI?

Dear Scott:

The lab people from the fertility center I went to told me to buy the ICI vials for my future IUI, since they will wash anyway. Does people normally do this?

Also he told me to bring the test results for the donor I chose for my next visit. But am I able to get all the test results for the donor before the shipment?

Except for the authorization form, is there other paperwork I should do with my physician regarding getting vials from CCB?

    Hi Dan -

    The test results for the vial are included in the shipment. If you asre having the vial sent directly to your physician, they will have the paperwork before you get there.

    All your physician needs to sign is the A1 Authorization form. You can place your order to secure your vials, but you can not schedule shipment without the signed A1.
