To Donor #15808 Families & CCB Admin: Need to restore old Sibling Registry messages

Hello,

I am a CCB client with Donor #15808. I finally gained access to the new Sibling Registry today, but our dedicated bulletin board currently has 0 posts and all past history is missing.

According to the system specifications, messages from the old registry will NOT display on the new site until the original posters log into this new system at least once. Because of this, our community has completely vanished.

I would like to make two requests here:

  1. To Donor #15808 Families:
    If you were registered on the old site, please log into the new CCB Sibling Registry at least once so your past posts will reappear and we can reconnect!

  2. To the CCB / Sibling Registry Administration:
    Since many families are completely unaware of this system requirement, please send an official email notification to all previously registered users under Donor #15808 (and all other donors), notifying them of the website renewal and urging them to log in to restore their data.

    Follow-up to the administration regarding the missing history:

    Waiting for each family to log in individually to restore past messages is highly inefficient and risks losing our community permanently.

    Please have your IT/technical team manually migrate and restore all past bulletin board messages from the old database to the new system immediately, without requiring individual user logins. We specifically purchased the more expensive Open Donor option to stay connected, and we need our historical data restored directly by the site management.
