[RESOLVED] Unacceptable Delay for Sibling Registry After Website Renewal (Donor #15808)
Hello,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the current status of the Sibling Registry.
I am a CCB client with Donor #15808. This is not a new registration. My account had already been officially verified and approved before the website renewal, but I have been locked out on the "Pending Approval" screen for three weeks now.
I specifically chose a more expensive Open Donor because CCB advertised that we would be able to connect with other families. It is completely unacceptable that we are being ignored and left with zero response to multiple emails. Since I am an international client and cannot easily call customer service by phone, I am forced to post here.
If any administrator is monitoring this board, please review and manually reactivate my pre-existing approved account immediately.
P.S. To the administrator: This inquiry is regarding the account registered under the email address starting with "sweetm..." (I am the client who reported the birth of my son born in 2024). Please look up this email in your system to locate my pending account.

Update: My account has just been successfully approved and activated by the admin! Thank you so much to the CCB team for the quick resolution after posting here.
For other families who are still waiting, it seems posting on this board or calling them directly is the best way to get noticed.
