Hi all - My wife and I purchased 8 vials of Donor 18313 (for hopefully a sibling later on) and had our first unsuccessful IUI this month. We were surprised to see low motility numbers from the lab - only 4.83 mil. I see that he's had at least one successful pregnancy but want to see if anyone else has tried to use donor 18313 and had high motility numbers or a successful IUI. We really liked his profile but are worried about the motility numbers moving forward.

    IUI attempt #2 update: another vial from the same batch date came in at only a 2.7 mil motile concentration. We approved that the lab dispose of it for the extremely low motility numbers and then thawed a vial from a different batch date and only got a 4.0 mil motile concentration. We're pretty disappointed with the numbers and would love to hear from anyone else who has used this donor. We're thinking about switching donors or banks if this attempt is unsuccessful.

    My wife and I have had a baby girl from this donor. We had two prior IUIs with another donor that were unsuccessful, and both had low numbers in the 4 mil range. Our first attempt with this donor (3rd IUI) was the successful one, and we actually had counts of 10 mil.
