When you tell people you're pregnant, do most people ask who the father is right away? I feel like that will be the first thing people will ask when I tell them I'm pregnant. I just want to be prepared.

They will probably ask. Just follow it up with “I’m going to be a single mom” then depending on the person “that’s personal” It’s human nature to explain yourself but remember it’s really not okay for people not close to you to ask.
Imagine someone telling you they’re pregnant...would you ask “who’s the father?” I don’t think I would. I might think it but not ask. Also if someone thinks it’s acceptable to ask me that I will immediately ask them how they think that’s an appropriate question to ask. Or respond “you don’t know him” in fact neither of us do lol
