@AH123 Only some sold-out donors may have additional vials released. Future vial releases are never guaranteed because they depend on results of future blood tests. If you provide the donor number, I can look into this for you: nicole@cryobank.com

@cryo-admin That would be great. Thank you! We’re looking at donors 15451 and 15449. Both are currently unavailable but expected to have more vials in the future. Thanks again!!
@AH123 It looks like Donor 15451 may have vials released as soon as next week!
For Donor 15449, we're waiting on a blood draw, so we can't confirm if or when additional vials will become available. Best case scenario would be about 3 months, but it could be longer than that.
