He has recently been found to to a carrier of one copy of the c.1330G>C (p.D444H) mutation in the BTD
(Biotinidase deficiency) gene.
Be sure to consult with your doctor to make sure you are able to use his specimen with Positive mutation.

Thanks for the heads up. We are not carriers of the BTD. We are moving forward with him. Will try our first IUI in about 2 weeks.0

Had our first IUI about 2 weeks ago. The nurses said that he had great motility and count. Tested yesterday and got a BFN.

I will have my second IUI this coming week. He had very good volume. I believe his count was around 52 million but I was a bit nervous and didn't write it down.
