Hello,

I have a question about the subscription packets being mailed to you if you report a pregnancy. On March 8 I order a vial and had a level 2 subscription. On the 30th I took a pregnancy test and I am indeed pregnant with the vial I purchased early in the month. Now that I am confirmed pregnant my subscription unfortunately expired a day earlier than confirmation of pregnancy. Well I still be able to get the level 2 information mailed to me or would I have to buy another subscription?

    Congrats on your pregnancy! Yes, of course you still qualify for the Level 2 Keepsake Packet. If you haven't done so already, please officially report your pregnancy either by phone or online: http://cryobank.com/services/post-conception-services/report-pregnancy/


    We will automatically mail you the packet and it should arrive within 1-2 weeks after you report your pregnancy. If your address has recently changed, please be sure to update it in My Account so we send the packet to the correct address.
