Hello: We were blessed with an amazing baby boy from this donor 14019. Unfortunately we did not buy any additional vials and we wish we had! Are there anymore available or in storage or anyway that you could contact the donor and request additional donations??

    Congrats on the birth of your child! If you haven't done so already, please be sure to officially report the birth either by phone or online: https://cryobank.com/Services/Post-Conception-Services/Report-Pregnancy/

    Unfortunately, there's not much we can do at this point. I would suggest calling Client Services at 866-927-9622 and ask to be added to the notification list in case we receive any vials from a buyback.

    To try to get the donor back into our program is a process called Donor Reactivation. This process can take at least a year and it's pricey. Many of our donors that complete our program go on to careers or have life changes that prevent them from being able to commit to the amount of time necessary to re-enter our program. The donor would need to go through the entire screening process again and vials would be quarantined for at least 6 months. Vials are not guaranteed because it all depends on the test results. The fees start at $1,500 to help cover the cost of the testing and can increase depending if the donor requires airfare, hotel accommodations, etc. (The cost of the vials is in addition to the reactivation fees.)     Hi, we would be willing to pay fees for this donor as we are looking for more vials as well. We would be happy to speak to someone who can help us contact the donor for more donations.
