ICI with HCG trigger shot

Hello- My wife and I have been doing IUIs with our donor but were able to get ahold of two vials of ICI sperm (he is sold out and we are on the wait list) and plan to do at home inseminations with it. We are going to use a HCG trigger shot and ultrasound with our doctor to time ovulation and are trying to figure out the best time to do the ICI. I find so much conflicting information on the internet, I was hoping you guys might have some answers. If we know exactly when ovulation will occur how should we time the ICI? Also, is one vial enough? Or should we use two in one cycle? Thanks!

    Hi N -

    It's best to discuss timing with your medical professional. One vial is enough, but some clients use a second vial at a different time interval to try to maximize their chance of inseminating at the right time.
