Did everyone get the email with the promo for a $500 Amazon gift card when you buy 4 or more vials in the same order by 10/31???

  No. Also I just bought 5 vials and they didn't say anything about an Amazon gift card.

  Prdr I just got it a few days ago. You have to order your vials over the phone and mention the promo code M1015HW2
