PCOS, Proverra, and IUI & 13298

I have PCOS and am currently on proverra to even have a cycle. My Dr seems optimistic that I will be successful with IUI. My follicle count is extremely high due to the fact that I just don't ovulate...like ever. Anyone else have any experience they can share with PCOS and IUI? Success or failures?

Also, I really like 13298's profile. Anyone have success with him?

    I also have PCOS and currently working with an RE to begin a medicated IUI cycle in September. Like you, I rarely ovulate and my last IUI failed because I had an anovulatory cycle (Clomid only cycle). I do get a cycle but a long one, about 32 days. My RE placed me on the following protocol: 5 mg of Fermera (Day 3-Day 7). Then, 150 IU of Bravelle (Day 8), Ovidrel (a trigger shot to force ovulation once my follicles are the right size) and the IUI 36 hours later.
    My RE informed me that the blessing with PCOS is that we generally have many follicle since we do not ovulate however, we need a trigger shot.

    I wish you luck and my only advise is to make sure that a trigger shot is included in your IUI plan. I was on Clomid only for 5 months and only ovulated on 1 cycle so I understand your frustration.

    I do not have any information to share on 13298 since I am using Donor 13852. Again, good Luck...

    Clo did you get pregnant using the trigger shot? I'll ask my dr about that, he hasn't said anything.

    I will try the trigger shot for the first time in September my Fertiliy doctor. So no, I did not get pregnant yet but know 2 people who have using a trigger shot. You can also read several posts on this forum as well; there were many successes. My previous doctor had me use Clomid only and Ovulation Predictor Kits. That did not work obviously because I still relied on my body to ovulate naturally those cycles.

    I tried 13298 in one of my 4 IUIs. I'm considering using him for IVF this month.
