Pregnancy symptoms vs. Pms symptoms

Im in my 2ww and driving myself crazy. Can period like cramping, irritability and moody pms symptons, also be pregnancy symptoms? Or am i really gonna get my period?

    The two times I got pregnant were the two times I thought for sure I wasn't. The four times I wasn't I was convinced I was. The only true pre finding out symptom I had was in the second pregnancy I was drooling and spraying my saliva. The symptom spotting is pure BS because like I said when I wasn't pregnant I had every symptom under the sun.

    Wait, I just remembered there was something both times I was pregnant I got an upset stomach starting a few days after the IUI and lasted at least two weeks. I have never heard of anyone with that symptom actually the opposite of that.
