Keepsake package!

Hi..

We did purchased level 2 subscription around november last year and expired mid january. We purchased 3 vials from donor 12992 before our subscription expired. We didn't got pregnant until the second try of IUI. Now i am 7 weeks pregnant from donor 12992 and already report the pregnancy few weeks ago. Can i still get my keepsake package even if my subscription already expired? I really want the keepsake package so that i can show it to my child in the future. Thank you.

    Great question, hopefully they will still honor. Especially since the process is sometimes long and they shouldn't expect you to continue a subscription after you select and purchase your donor

    Congratulations on your pregnancy!

    If you reported your pregnancy a few weeks ago, you should have received your Level 2 Keepsake Packet by now. Please contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 to confirm that we received your pregnancy report. They can make sure that the packet gets mailed out to you.
