Had IUI 3/15/14 now the TWW, anyone else?

This is our 2nd IUI and this time everything was perfect according to our Dr. It feels different this time too. I did Clomid, then 4 Menopur shots, then 4 Breville shots and Ovidrel trigger shot. I dont have any infertility problems except that I'm 39. My wife and I are so looking forward to having a baby together. I have a 20 year old daughter who is now in college. Many think I'm nuts to want to do this all over again, but I think its PERFECT!! I was able to give my daughter all the attention as she grew up and now I get to do it again for this baby. My wife is 52 and has no children so this will be her first, I can't wait to give her the best gift in the world, a child.

    This is my second IUI this round of tries. I have tried many times over the years with no success. I have 2 adopted daughter and my wife has 5 children, but have adopted a son together and we are in the process of adopting the last 2. We I went to her and told her I wanted to try again she almost fainted because as I just explained we have 10 children total. She was very understanding on why I wanted to try and have a baby again and has been right there every step of the way. My IUI was a few days after yours on 3/18/2014. My doctor said things looked great and by the way I am 38 with one ovary. I took pills in stead of shots and had 3 good follicles which I never had before. I am sending baby dust to you and your wife.

    Hi there Rainebowluv, wow 10 children!! That's awesome!! My wife and I would like to adopt after natural childbirth too. That's so wonderful that you and your wife are giving so much love to children who need to be part of a family and have a stable home. Okay so here's my good news...WE ARE PREGNANT!!! I got my firsts BFP 10piui w HPT. Today we had blood test at Dr and they confirmed it. My HCG is at 745...I go back Wed for 2nd beta to make sure numbers are increasing accordingly. Then another beta 6 days later. We will have first U/S on April 15th. WE ARE SO EXCITED. I hope you IUI took this time. I know many women with one ovary who've conceived. Have you tested yet?     I am so excited for you as well. No I have not tested yet. I test tomorrow and I am getting nervous. Thank you for the well wishes. I have been having cramps all day today, but my cycle is not supposed to start until the 6th of April. Do you think I should have my doctor give me a lab slip instead of testing at home?

    I test at home but my dr always does blood test in their office 14dpiui. So did you test? I just had second blood test this morning and my hcg more than doubled, went from 749 on Monday to 1770 today. Also my progesterone and thyroid levels are perfect. I hope you get good news too!! Lemme know, I'm rootin for ya! Ps, my name is Sarah and my wife is Trish. :)

    I did test and it was negative. I am going to take a few months to regroup and we are going to IVF in June. Thank you for all of the positive vibes. I have to lose some of this weight so my goal is to lose 30 pounds. I have multiple factors against me besides my weight, PCOS and age. I cant do anything about my age (lol), but the pcos can go away if I can get the weight down. Congratulations!!!! Please keep mt posted. By the way my name is Lakesha and my Wife's name is LaJoy. We just married last year 7/27/2013.
