managing my anxiety

Hoping to have my first iui weekend. I am extremely nervous. Any advice on how to calm my nerves.?

    Hi! I am having my first iui on Friday so I totally understand the anxiety part. The only thing I am trying to do is stay busy with other things. From what i hear the 2 week wait is pretty difficult also. We shall see! The other thing I tend to obsessively do is read message boards and blogs. LoL Keep us posted on how it goes!!!
