I had purchased a level two subscription a few months back which expired in January. I did not renew because I had already scoured the donors and had made my decision. My donor was in the green the entire time, as well as all but two of my other favorites. Now, just a couple weeks later when it is time for me to place my order, half of my favorite donors are no longer available? Is it possible this is an error? The one I had been set on for months is no longer available, but none of the ones that are now listed as no longer available had ever shown as limited supply. They went from green to gone :(

    Yes they can go from plenty to gone very quickly. One donor I bought was plentiful and then over the course of four days was sold out. Perhaps some of your favorites will come available.again. You have just learned once you make a decision purchase.

    we had bought 5 vials of a donor, got nervous and wanted to buy 5 more a week later and they were gone. from 25+ to 0 in days :( i guess its probably a good idea to look and buy as soon as you can or just not look until you are close to being able to buy

    Yes, as the others mentioned, donors can sell out of vials quickly. The green vial icon indicates 25+ vials and the red icon indicates 25 vials or less. We offer free storage with our Family Today/Family Tomorrow programs to help you plan for future inseminations.
