IUI 3rd time

Hey friends,

I'm 1-2 days from our third attempt at an unmedicated IUI. I had HSG test yesterday. Everything looked good, but I'm still concerned about the length of time going by... my husband is hopeful and thinks I'm impatient, and our RE said that there's no need to jump to meds just yet. We're out of donor sperm of our choice, which saddens me financially and emotionally (he just seems so much like my spouse, and is no longer in the system).

Anyone have 3rd or later success without meds? Am I wasting my time?

    Well unfortunately I dont have any hope to share with you but it seems like you are in a similar situation as me, as my husband and I have to use donor due to his previous chemotherapy, and I am going in tomorrow for my 5th, ugh...3 unmedicated and 2nd one medicated- I think its a crapshoot honestly- everything on me "looks perfect" but still not pregnant- when its time its time almost. We are trying a new donor this time- as after 4 with the same one kinda made me afraid to use him again- which was hard b/c you almost get attached to the idea of that person then you have to go through that emotional process all over again- but I encourage you to try b/c i think I like this donor even more than the first surprisingly and its given me a new feeling of hope as I go into number 5. Hang in there!!! I am with you!!!
