Sarah, my wife and I went with IUI, as we are a same sex couple. It took 5 tries... The last one we did a medicated and monitored cycle and are blessed with twins! Best of luck to you in your decision and journey.0 -

I too would absolutely love to get pregnant with twins!! My partner, of course, turns ghost white when I mention 2 babies at once!! lol bc we have a 2 year old son already. Ultimately, whatever we have I just want the 1 or 2(PRAYING) to be healthy. Either or I would be greatfull.Do you mind me asking what fertility drugs you took? I have no issues( that I know of) of infertilty bc I got pregnant with my son on the first try (naturally/sex w/a life long friend) , but with IUI I wanna make sure the timing is just right. Any advice and/or stories would be greatly appreciated!!0 -
we are 10 weeks pregnant, result from an unmedicated iui (although we used a trigger shot of pregnyl to time better). it took on the second try, but the first i don't really count because it was timed poorly because of office hours.

Egan.... I am also expecting twins! Double blessed. I did iui a few times and then just went right for IVF. How far along are you now? I am beginning the 13th week. Did you do a nuchal screening? Just wondering. I go for it next week. Hope
