OMG, I have 4 antral follicles at my first ultrasound on cd3

Has anyone had success with only four AFC's, 2 on each ovary. Has anyone had success doing an IUI with donor sperm? I started my clomid and menopur injections today. any advice, or experiences would really help.

How many antral follicles did u have, also did you use meds?

I had two antral follies on each side, so four total. Yes, im taking clomid and menopur. How many antral follicles did you have?
