Issue with childhood photo from donor 13437

This may be a weird question, but...

We are very interested in donor 13437 and purchased childhood photos. In the top left photo it looks like the donor's nose is deformed. Since it does not look like that in the other (older) pictures and no childhood cosmetic surgeries are listed in the medical information, can I assume this is just an issue with the quality of the photo or how it was scanned? Perhaps a bubble or tear?

    Hi Ly -

    Thank you for your inquiry. I followed up with our Donor Department and they reported that the donor did not have any corrective surgeries on his nose. Also, they were able to review a photo of the donor taken before that "top left" photo and there were no issues with his nose.

    We are looking into replacing this inconsistent photo with a better quality photo.
