Rhinoplasty at age 20?

Hello, I'm considering Donor 13654, however I'm curious about a reported rhinoplasty he had at age 20. It doesn't explain why he had this surgery. I wonder if was cosmetic or medical necessity. Do you know the reason behind it?

Also, does he have any reported pregnancies?

    Donor 13654 had rhinoplasty to correct a bump that occured when he broke his nose.

    It's too soon for reported pregnancies, as he's been available for less than a month.
