Hello all of you, I`ve been around for a while, reading your posts and following some of them.

I`m 37 and just bought 5 samples of donor 13353.
My first IUI will be on March. The doctor put me on clomid 50 and menopur, plus a trigger at the ovulation days.

I`m so nervous and and anxious at the same time, I`ve been wishing to be a mom ever since I remember and now, feeling so close...but the doc said that it could be take some time to succeed, maybe 3 or 4 attemps to getting pregnant.

Any comment or advice will be very wellcome!!

    Congratulations and good luck on your journey.

    I never expected to get pregnant the first time, I thought for sure it would be negative. Now I'm 15 weeks pregnant with twins! YAY!

    I know it is hard, but stay relaxed. I was pretty relaxed almost the whole 2 week wait, up until the last 3 days. I stayed super busy and by the evening I was so exhausted I collapsed in bed.

    Family records of twins in the past maybe?

    But anyway, CONGRATULATIONS, could you tell me who is your donor?.
    I also wanna know if you used medication (clomid, menopur, trigger).

    Welcome to the club! I just moved from IUI to IVF but during my IUI's I did 1 non-medicated, 1 with clomid and the rest with Bravelle (an injectible)...and trigger shot for all.

    I did 9 IUI's ....the 5th one worked but I miscarried at 12 weeks.

    sorry it took so long to reply.

    Twins runs in my family. My mom has a twin brother and my grandma has a twin sister, plus my grandma has other brothers and sisters that are twins as well.

    I did one round of clomid because my progesterone levels were low.

    I used donor 12742. He seems to be a hot commodity, he was brand new when I purchased a vial. Now his supply is really low, and there is more than 1 reported pregnancy.

    That's right, your donor sold out right away.
    I don't know anyone who has purchased mine, 13353.
    Guess I have to be patient...

    Welcome to the board silviada. I got pregnant twice (one miscarriage at 8 weeks) using femara days 3-7 and menopur days 8-10. Then sonogram on day 12 with a trigger shot. The IUI was 16 hours later. Good luck!!

    I'm also in Chile. Looking forward to being a single mom by choice. I start my first IVF round in early April. Are you at Clinica IVI?

    Oh hello Amybell, I just answered your cryobank thread! That was before I read mine!
    I'm at Monteblanco because I knew that IVI only accepts SMBC with sperm brought from Spain and you don't have the choice to select the donor.
    When will you start with the IVF??

    Hi Sweettheartt, yes! I'm 14 weeks pregnant with donor 13353, for the first time in my life. I'm carrying a boy, btw.
