Donor 12441 Advisory

I just noticed that a new advisory for our donor is popping up when looking at his profile. It states, "If you have used specimens from this donor previously, please contact CCB Client Services at 866-927-9622 for information about purchasing additional vials."

What could be the cause of this?

I am currently in the 2 week wait and only have 1 more vial left to use after this. I am concerned that if we do not buy more vials soon we may be out of luck for any siblings down the road.

    Hi Shelby -

    Donor 12441 is limited for the use of siblings.

    Hopefully you'll have some good news after the 2WW, and then you can purchase and store vials for a sibling.
