Why some donors don't have "Express yourself" part of profile?

I noticed that 12231 and 05396 do not have "Express yourself" part of profile. I was curious what was the reason?
Also some do not have "Look alike". I think it was because it was difficult to find a "look-alike" for that particular donor?

    Hi Pon -

    "Express Yourself" is a newer donor item that was launched about two years ago, which is why some of our donors do not have that item available.

    If you find a donor that doesn't have any Look-a-Likes listed, please let us know and we can add them. (We have some brand new donors that we are currently working on.)
