    I am under the impression that it is the Total motile sperm count that really matters.. i hope so. we only had 32 million total in sample, and just under 10 million motile ;(

    mbezbaby good luck with your 2ww... It IS pure torture! I am 9dpiui and im biting my nails!!

    is it really possible to have "signs" this early?? or would it all be attributed to the trigger shot? I just tonight noticed that my nipples are SENSITIVE!! And im not really a nipple person... they dont hurt but they are just weird sensitive. And gas.. Sorry but true. Im belching and unfortunately the other side too more than i have ever noticed. May just be my mind wishing and hoping and playing tricks on me :-/ What do you ladies think??

    Hi everyone.

    We went in for our baseline ultrasound yesterday and we are out for this month (dr. saw a 25 mm cyst). Looking forward to starting round three next month (sort of glad for the break, it's so stressful!) and we have an appt for a second opinion.

    How is everyone doing in their tww. Any BFP's yet?! :)

    Monique&amber: sorry to hear about your bfn. :(. I'm hoping third times a charm for both of us!!

    Hi, I have my blood test this morning, 14 dpiui has arrived. It's been a long wait so hopefully some good news. If not taking a break and going to Hawaii, for a well needed vacation! Good Luck Ladies.

    spinrn1980, with the HCG shot my nipples are sore and sensitive the first 5 days, and I feel nauseous and get headaches as the shot is leaving my system around 8-9dpo. You are getting closer to testing, hope you get your BFP.

    EileenMJ, sorry to hear about the cyst. :( I know what you mean about having a break, this whole process is very stressful and emotional. Let us know how great your new re is. We aren't going in again for first u/s until next Friday. I need a week off.

    Hi, no good news here, I tested negative on a HPT today, so I didn't go in for a blood test. I knew it wouldn't be positive for HCG. I also started spotting today, so AF is on the way.

    Taking sometime off to enjoy life it's been a stressful time TTC for over a year.

    Im trying not to get my hopes up but im now 12dpiui and i HAD to test. I got a faint line with the FRER hpt. It was extremely faint but was definitely there :) HOpefully it gets darker over the next couple days...

    Great news spinrn1980, it's exciting to see a line at 12dpiui. I'm hoping your line get's darker and you get your definite BFP.

    I'm doing ok very disappointed with AF showing up today.

    Still positive but still just a light line.. Im going in for a BETA tomorrow morning :) Been REALLY crampy and having extremely painful gas. But AF is still not here! :)

    Sorry to hear about the other BFN's. Hopefully we will all get our BFP's soon

    As for my partner and I, we won't be doing anymore IUI's. We met with a new RE today and after looking through all our bloodwork, ultrasounds, test results, etc, it was ultimately decided that we are moving on to IVF now. Our RE doesn't want us wasting anymore money and feels like IVF is best when dealing with low ovarian reserve. We may do it next month or after the holidays; we will keep everyone updated though.

    So we fell into the 2WW bad habit of testing early. We tested at 12dpiui and got a BFN. We are staying encouraged b/c obviously this was an early test and period is officially late! Ugh can't wait to see if we make it the next few days to test again... stressful! Good luck all!

    beta was perfect at 178. progesterone was off the charts at 135. likely because i had 6 follies. recheck on tuesday for trending. :)

    and are u still taking time off jaailu? or are you gonna try again this cycle? do you use clomid or any meds?

    Hi Spinrn, I am taking October off and trying again in November or December. This last cycle I did 450 ui of injectables plus lupron. I only produced 3-4 mature follicles, I was hoping for more, because I have DOR.

    Well bad news. I went for a 2nd BETA yesterday and it is lower that last weeks. Likely a sign of early mc. Going for an ultrasound and recheck tomorrow. Still have all the symptoms. idk. Broken :(

    It's official. Nothing on ultrasound. Should miscarry soon. Then a month off before trying again in December :( heartbroken

    Jaailu: Hi Jaailu. We did 2 medicated IUI's before our RE told us to move on to IVF. My wife's AMH is reallyyyyyy low at 0.33. Each cycle her afc was 8 and we'd ultimately end up with 2 mature follies right before they triggered her. So you have low ovarian reserve too? What's your amh if you don't mind me asking and how many IUI's have you done? Our new doctor has been able to get women pregnant who had undectectable amh so we're hopeful :)

    Spinrn: Sooooo sorry to hear about your loss. I can't imagine how horrible it must feel :(

    Dgray87.. The 2ww is the 2 weeks post iui that you have to wait before testing to get the most accurate results. Have you inseminated recently?

    Hi EileenMJ, I've done 9 IUIs and 1 IVF cycle. My AMH 0.2, FSH 13.8, and my afc has ranged from 5-8. My IVF cycle I had 9 follicles, and my IUIs I ended up with 2-3 mature follicles. My biggest problem is my age. If you are younger and have a low AMH and high FSH you have a better chance of finding a good quality egg. Good luck to you, it's sounds like you have a great doctor.
