My Favorites

Is there anyway to find out info on donors I have saved to my "favorites" that are no longer showing? I assume this means they are sold out but I would like to find out if more will be released in the future. I didn't write down the donor numbers because I assumed I could find them via the "favorites" link. Thanks

    Since the "Favorites" list is tied to the donor search, it will only show you your favorite donors that have vials available. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to find out which favorite donors of yours are no longer showing. If you downloaded any of the free information on those donors, you may want to check through your files for the donor number.

    Also, if you have a list of "Suppressed" donors, you may just want to check that list for any favorites. If you accidentally added a donor to both your favorites and suppressed list, it will display on the suppressed list with a yellow star.
