Quality of the Donor Interviews

A few weeks ago I purchased the donor interview for the donor I am considering for insemination. I could hear the responses the donor gave clearly, however it was very difficult hearing the interviewer. Is this typical for your interviews? In the future would you consider doing the interview where both the donor and interviewer can be heard?

    We do review the audio interviews for quality. I'm sorry that you've had a difficult time listening to yours. Feel free to email me directly with the donor number and I can see if there's anything that we can do to adjust the volume for you.
