Can anyone please tell me what 50 mill and 56% motility means? I mean I know I've is the count and the other is the activity but how do I put that in relative terms as far as "good numbers" "not good numbers"? Thank you!

    Those are GREAT numbers. It means out of the 50 million sperm, 56% are mobile, or 28 million. Anything over 5 million is enough to get pregnant with!
