Tips for successful ICI?

Hello and respect to all! I am wondering if anyone has any tips/advice to increase chances of pregnancy with at-home ICI? (self-administered)

I just began trying this past weekend but am still unsure of a few things that could influence the chances I suppose:

1) how many vials should I use per insemination?
2) how many times should I inseminate per cycle and on which days?

Lastly are there any women on here who have had success with ICI? If so can you tell me how many tries it took and provide any thoughts to help those of us just starting out?

    We just tried ICI for our second month. We used 1 vial, two different days for the first month. This month, we used 2 vials during one try. I'll know in a few weeks if that worked.

    They say the sperm lasts for up to 72 hours in our bodies. The first month I did it on the first day of ovulation and two days after.

    This month, we used the two vials the night before my most fertile ovulation day.
