Donor 12492 vial availability

Hello, there are currently no vials available for donor 12492, the CCB message says that
"Additional vials are expected to become available in the future, however, there is no guarantee that this will occur."

Are there vials in quarantine? If so, when can they potentially be released?

    We do have vials in quarantine, but unfortunately, the donor is overdue for a blood draw. We are trying to get him in as soon as possible.

    If you would like help selecting a different donor, I'm sure we can find you a great option with vials available.

    Scott- any update on this? My partner and I are getting ready to make a purchase in the next month and we were hoping vials would be available. We LOVE this donor and regret not picking him previously.

    Unfortunately, we still have not been able to schedule a final blood draw on this donor. We are doing our best.
