Hi Scott.

A mom recently sold us her vials that were at CCB. She had three total but one had left the facility at some point so we were only allowed to buy 2 of them. What happens to the third vial? Was it destroyed? I additional testing done then resold? Is there a possibility of buying it if a waiver is signed??

    Sorry I am just curious. One of the other moms used her final vial and it resulted in a bfn and I am seaching everywhere for additional vials.

    Hi Jala -

    Unfortunately, due to FDA regulations, we are not allowed to redistribute a vial that has left our facility under any circumstances. I completely understand your position, but regulations are regulations.

    Make sure to notify Client Services that you are interested in any other vials that may be sold back and we will contact you if more are returned.
