I'm curious as to the thawing recommendations for sperm to be used in IUI. We are advised to come to the lab an hour before our appt and they start thawing the sperm at that point. And once it's thawed and counted they stick it in an incubator to sit. And then I pick it up at appt time and hold on to it, in my hand, and wait usually about another 30 minutes before it is actually used. This seems like a long time to me. No one at the doctors office seems particularly concerned that it's been nearly 90 minutes since it's thawed but it's kind of freaking me out! Am I worrying for no reason??
