single moms to be - ideas on day care?

Hi,

Like many of you, I'm working on getting pregnant via IUI. I just had my first back to back IUI last weekend.

I am hoping and praying that God will bless me with a child. At the same time, I am nervous about the new responsibilities that comes with being a single mom. And I had no idea until now that day care can cost as much as rent.

How are you dealing with the extra costs of raising a child? Are any of you thinking about getting a second job?

    It depends on what state you’re in and what they offer. The best place to start looking is your state web site or Google (place state name here) family and social services administration. They have child care referrals nationwide and information about aid for child care.

    My first IUI didn't take so I'm in for round two.
