what hcg dose did you take ?

I got my HCG shot script today that i need to take in am and my pharmacist tells me the dose is really high. Its 10,000 units. what dose did you all take?

  I believe my trigger shot is 10,000 units and I get three booster shots of 3,000 units

  5,000...but I had overstimmed and they didn't want to make it worse, The script was for 10,000, and they had me use half of it.

  How does the booster shot work and what exactly is it for??????? To make sure you ovulate?
