Can you tell us what specific characteristics this donor has to his look-a-likes? And/or if you have any additional staff impressions you could share with us- there is not info in his Up Close and Personal.

Also, once we purchase vials and our subscription ends will we still have the ability to see any updates or additional pictures if they become available?

    Hi mfoos -

    Once you report your pregnancy, you will receive a Keepsake Packet in the mail with hard copies of all the donor information from your subscription level.

    You will have access to level II or III information during your subscription period. You can purchase an additional 3 months if you wish. The basic donor information (Medical History, Profile, Donor Personal Essays, Staff Impressions) is always available to you free of charge.


    Currently, donor updates (if available) can only be obtained by calling into our Client Services Department (no charge). In the future they will be available online and you will be able to access them at no additional charge.
