Hi I live in GA and I need some helpful tips/advice on same sex second parent adoptions. Is it legal here? Great GYN's that are gay parent friendly. Any other advice would be great!

    where in GA are you located? from what i understand, it depends on the county that you live in and the judge. counties around the atlanta area are going to be more likely to allow it than others. my partner and i are in richmond county and have a great doctor, but we are hoping to get out of here before we have to go through the second parent adoption process.

    sorry, i don't know any around atlanta. we are about 2.5 hours from there but you shouldn't have any problem finding a good, gay-friendly doc. you are the in a great area!
