success rate?

Hello! I was inseminated this morning! So excited!!! Anyone know the success rate of artificial insemination? Thanks! Josie :)

    Congrats! I thinking proper timing of ovulation plays an important part in success rates. I'm told during any given cycle a woman's chance of conception is 20 to 25% but I really think it depends in the individual. Hope its a success for you!
