switch donors?

So, BFN on hpt last night. I go for blood test on Friday to be sure, but it's not looking good. This was our 3rd IUI with this donor (11988) and he doesn't have any confirmed pregnancies. I didn't think it would be an issue but now I'm starting to second guess that. Anyone else using a donor with no confirmed pregnancies? Considering a switch before we consider shots...any advice?

    I was thinking the same thing. Sorry about your BFN, let me know if decide to use this donor again, I am considering switching too.

    Hey Ms M, I was wondering how you were. Looks like 3rd time wasn't a charm for either of us. After a lot of thought we decided to stay with this donor and move on to fertility shots. We're taking Oct. off so we can get ready for the shots and will try again in Nov. My Dr usually recomends the shots after 3 failed tries. I was a little aprehensive about doing them at first but I guess since we don't have an unlimited amount of $ to keep trying it makes sense to be aggressive. This donor hasn't even been donating for 2 yrs yet so he's pretty new. We're going to listen to our instincts and hope we're right :) Would love to know what you decide.
