Pregnancy symptoms& TWW

Has anyone noticed any difference in having pregnancy symptoms or not during their TWW and the test actually being positive? I know it's a stretch but I'm 12 DPIUI and I don't really feel any different. Of course I'm hoping for a positive but I didn't get one with my first IUI and I thought I was having symptoms.
