Numbers on 12138?

I just had my first back-to-back IUI's on Sunday and Monday with donor 12138, who was definitely our first choice. So we are in the dreaded 2WW. We are hopeful, but my dr. said the motility was only about 10% on the 1st IUI and they were a little sluggish. He even let us see them under the microscope, which we appreciated. He stated they would "do the job," but still seemed a little disappointed (as were we). The 2nd vial was better. Has anyone experienced the same thing with donor 12138? I just wondered what experiences or numbers other people had post-thaw.

    Hi,
    I just had my first iui done on monday with this donor as well how exciting:)))....as for the motility it was 50% ,sperm count forty million...there was another lady on here that got pregnant her first try with this donor so i guess no need to worry,he does have reported pregnancies

    Thanks Mariamr! We are trying to stay positive! It IS exciting we are on the same schedule! Hey, I noticed on another thread that you stated you were bloated. I was yesterday, but today I have felt better. I was also tired and my breasts were tender on Days 2 & 3 post IUI. Everyday since the IUI's I have had had some slight pains in what feels like my ovaries. We'll have to keep in touch! Good luck to you too! :-)

    It's wierd this whole week my ovaries have gone hay-wire lol..just on and off sharp little pains,and twinges but other than that no other symptoms.. i guess its to early to tell... at least the bloating went away i'm thinking it was probably the pregnyl shot ,who knows;)...
    so when do you get to test jd?

    Well, I am trying to hold out testing until early Labor Day weekend unless I have received AF by then. Maybe that's a good sign - - Labor Day! :-) I am still having some twinges in my ovaries & am a little agitated (my partner is not enjoying that part). I was on 50 mg clomid on days 5 thru 9 - no shot. The waiting game is not fun!

    WOW, i thought i was the only one i have been really moody the last two days and today i was crying for no reason lmbo..just riding the emotional roller coaster lol.I took femara on days 5 to 9 oh and i'm taking these progestrone pills ,witch i think is to blame for the my out of control feelings. My doc told me to test on the 8th but knowing me i will start testing on the third.The waiting really really sucks:(

    p.s. do you count the day of IUI as day one or the day after?

    Well, I am counting Day 1 as the day I had my first IUI. Not real clear on that one though. Feel pretty good today -- just some ovary twinges.

    Well, unfortunately AF has arrived. I am trying to gear myself up for all that comes with the next round of IUI's. I was really hoping my first IUI's would work, but I knew the chances were not that great & we will try again. My partner is trying to raise my spirits, but I am bummed. Those people who get pregnant on the first try are truly lucky!
